FrontLine Leadership

FrontLine Leadership is a development process that includes a series 10 modules (40 hours), on-the-job activities, coaching, and assessment of performance.  It is designed to equip new, current or aspiring Supervisors with the tools they need to effectively manage and develop their people.  Each module targets a specific set of leadership skills, which when combined,  address many of the competencies all FrontLine Leaders need.
